Description
Painted in my now more common agressive/raw style of semi-abstract.
I\'m not looking for perfectionism, but to capture the essence and as with most of my art there\'s an energetic \"liveliness\" to this piece--I think.Thank you for looking--RJ Williams.

This is such an interesting space for the eye to enter Rj! I have enjoyed my wanderings through your galleries and find myself back at this image. The composition is very solid here, the colors unique and optically challenging. I love images that manifest polarities & for me this painting generates both visual and mental space to move and explore possibilities. I find myself thinking of Akira Kurosawa's film shorts called "Dreams." If you haven't seen them, I think that they are well worth the creative investment. Kurosawa has a wonderful ability to capture both beauty and harshness, refinement and rawness & is remarkably fluent in the usage of symbology & color. Thank you Rj once again for sharing your work, for saying hello as well as for your comments and compliments! Be well and stay well this day. I have very much enjoyed my visit here! All the very best to you Rj and Cheers!
